The product has mature applications in core ports both domestically and internationally. In China, Shanghai Yangshan Deep-Water Port, Qingdao Port Qianwan Bulk Cargo Terminal, and Ningbo-Zhoushan Port Zhenhai Petrochemical Terminal respectively use pure UHMWPE, UHMWPE-carbon steel composite, and anti-static UHMWPE. The use of veneer panels has resulted in a significant reduction in fender wear and maintenance costs. Ports such as Rotterdam in the Netherlands and Jurong Container Terminal in Singapore have also adopted low-temperature modified and ultra-wear-resistant UHMWPE veneer panels to improve the efficiency of terminal protection systems and reduce total lifecycle costs.
