HDPE sheets, with their high wear resistance, self-lubrication, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance, are practically applicable in multiple stages of the steel industry: at the production end, they serve as liners for steel mill silos, chutes, and guide troughs, solving the problem of material blockage during auxiliary material conveying and significantly reducing equipment wear; at the storage and transportation end, they are processed into steel coil guards and packaging plates, providing cushioning protection for various steel coils, isolating them from moisture corrosion, and protecting the steel surface and anti-rust layer. Compared with traditional protective materials, they are lighter and more efficient, and can also be used as wear-resistant parts for processing equipment, replacing steel with plastic to achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
